Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm CST will be processed in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm will be fulfilled the following Monday.
Standard shipping takes around 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days before submitting a ticket concerning a late package.
For express shipping the delivery should arrive in 1-3 business days.
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.
We allow exchanges only. We do not allow returns for refund. For items purchased online exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@sallyrosajewelry.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the exchange. Exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed once we recieve your item.
Unworn items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and they must be in original packaging. (Only available for U.S.A customers). Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.

SallyRosa Jewelry is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order can't be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order please contact us.
